InnerExec Privacy Policy

Overview

InnerExec ("we", "us", or "our") operates the InnerExec mobile application, a career platform that connects job seekers, service providers, hiring companies, and mentors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use InnerExec.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, or to enforce our Terms of Use.

6. Data Security & Breach Notification

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted data transmission and access controls provided by Firebase, to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and, where required, regulators, in accordance with applicable U.S. state and federal law.

9. Biometric & Recording Data

Vault video and voice journal recordings are created and stored at your direction for your own self-practice and, where you choose, AI-generated feedback. We do not use facial recognition, voiceprint analysis, or other biometric identification technology to identify or track you, and we do not extract biometric identifiers from your recordings. If this changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required under applicable biometric privacy laws (such as the Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, or Washington biometric statutes) before doing so.

10. International Users & Data Transfers

InnerExec is operated from, and intended for use by, residents of the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

12. Children's Privacy

InnerExec is not directed at children, and no one under 16 years old may use the app or create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of this Policy, we will delete it promptly. 13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
